All Cats Clinic in Fayetteville, AR, is seeking a part-time Veterinary Receptionist for our feline-only practice. You will warmly greet clients and cats, manage scheduling, reminders, and communications, and maintain accurate patient records while supporting our veterinary team.

The role emphasizes friendly, team-focused service with opportunities for continuing education in a modern facility dedicated to cats’ comfort.

Qualifications

• 1 year veterinary reception or related customer service preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Veterinary reception or customer service experience preferred (minimum 1 year veterinary experience is a plus but not required).
