Animal Clinic East in Washington is seeking an outgoing Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our hospital. In this fast-paced role you will manage appointments and daily patient flow, multi-line phones and in-person interactions, and help clients understand our services.

We offer a full-time position with a flexible schedule Monday-Friday, a competitive hourly pay of $17.75-$18.50, and a benefits package including health, life, disability, EAP, 401k

Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative

Animal Clinic Eastis seeking an outgoing Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative to serve as the welcoming face of our hospital. In this fast-paced role, you will create exceptional client experiences, build trust through compassionate service, manage appointments and daily patient flow, handle multi-line phones and in-person interactions, process transactions, and support clients with essential information about our services. Ideal candidates are friendly, detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrive in a team-focused customer service environment.

Schedule and compensation:

• Compensation: $17.75-18.50per hour, for each hour worked
• This is a full-time position, with a flexible schedule and availability needed Monday-Friday .

Minimum qualifications and skill set:

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role
• Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare-related front-desk experience preferred
• Proficiency in the following skills:
  • Ability to manage a multi-phone line system while assisting in-person clients
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to provide compassionate, professional service to clients during both routine and emotionally sensitive situations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars preferred
  • Ability to accurately process payments and maintain financial records
  • Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with a team

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
