Qualifications

• Experience with veterinary software preferred.
• Flexible schedule including some weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients, and reflect compassionate care.
• Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: maintain medical records, schedule appointments, and handle transactions.
• Advocate for Pet Health: educate clients on preventative care and hospital services.
