Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones, route calls, and respond promptly to voicemails
• Schedule appointments and manage multi-doctor calendar
• Check patients in/out and process payments
• Educate clients on preventive care and services
• Assist veterinarians during exams, treatments, and procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records and medical charts
• Keep front desk, lobby, kennels, and treatment areas organized
