West Lake Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. This full-time role offers a 4-day, 10-hour work week (Monday–Thursday) with no weekends or holidays required.

You will greet clients, manage phones, schedule appointments, process payments, and maintain patient records in Cornerstone. A minimum of 1 year veterinary experience is preferred, with Spanish language skills as a plus.

Formación

• 1 year veterinary experience or equivalent customer-facing experience.
• Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Spanish language skills preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet clients and their pets with compassion at the front desk.
• Answer phones and respond to client questions.
• Schedule appointments and check clients in and out.
• Process payments (cash and card) and maintain records in Cornerstone.
• Provide basic information on animal health and routine procedures.
