The Pet Doctors of Sherman Oaks is seeking an experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our busy clinic. You’ll greet clients, schedule appointments, answer phones, and support a compassionate team dedicated to pet care.

We offer a 4-day work week with rotating weekend shifts, competitive hourly pay ($20-$24), benefits including medical, dental, and vision, 401(k) matching, tuition support, and employee discounts. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Veterinary receptionist experience required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
• Availability for rotating Saturday/Sunday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets warmly
• Answer phones and respond to client questions
• Schedule appointments and keep the day running smoothly
• Check clients and patients in and out
• Process payments accurately
• Bring creative ideas and critical thinking to improve the client experience
• Take part in monthly team meetings and collaborate with the whole team
