We are seeking a Part-time Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at VCA Woodland Central Animal Hospital, a well-established practice serving the Tulsa community for over 46 years. Our hospital is open 7 days a week and is dedicated to providing exceptional care and service.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting visitors and guiding clients and pets to exam rooms
• Answering phones and scheduling appointments
• Following up with clients and reaching out to prospective clients
• Explaining fees, processing payments, and recommending products and services
• Educating clients on pet care topics
• Managing medical records and hospital maintenance
