Job summary

Community Animal Hospital of Royal Palm Beach is seeking an experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our AAHA-accredited team. The role involves welcoming clients, scheduling appointments, handling calls and emails, and maintaining accurate client/patient records in a busy, supportive environment.

We offer a four-day work week, no nights or emergencies, and a culture focused on compassion, communication, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming calls with professionalism.
• Respond to client emails and support communication needs.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate daily patient flow.
• Welcome clients and patients with a positive first impression.
• Maintain and update client and patient records.
• Process invoices and collect payments for services.
• Educate clients on preventive products (heartworm and flea/tick).
• Assist clients with pet food and products.
• Operate multi-line phones and office equipment.
• Support daily front desk operations and hospital workflow.

What You’ll Do

• Answer and manage incoming phone calls with professionalism and compassion


• Respond to client emails and support client communication needs
