Role: Veterinary Receptionist
Status: Full-time
Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
Schedule: Monday- Friday 8 am - 6 pm, Days will vary, every other Saturday 8 am - 2 pm

What You’ll Do

• Answer and manage incoming phone calls with professionalism and compassion
• Respond to client emails and support client communication needs
• Schedule appointments and coordinate daily patient flow
• Welcome clients and patients while creating a positive first impression
• Maintain and update client and patient records accurately
• Process invoices and collect payments for services and medications
• Educate clients on preventive products, including heartworm and flea/tick prevention
• Assist clients with pet food, over‑the‑counter products, and hospital services
• Operate multi‑line phone systems, printers, and office equipment
• Support daily front desk operations and hospital workflow
