Shoreline Veterinary Hospital is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to join our team. As the face of the hospital, CSRs greet visitors with warmth and compassion, scheduling and managing appointments while handling a multi-line phone system.

You will provide empathetic customer service, process financial transactions, answer inquiries, and share information about the services we provide. This is a full-time role with availability on Tue, Wed, and Fri 8:30am-6pm and every other

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role.
• Veterinary receptionist or healthcare front-desk experience preferred.
• Proficiency in communication, phone handling, and appointment scheduling.

Shoreline Veterinary Hospital is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to become the next member of our incredible team. As the face of the hospital, our CSRs greet visitors with warmth and compassion, fostering trust in the veterinary team and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

In this role, you will schedule and manage the flow of appointments, provide empathetic customer service while multi-tasking between a multi-line phone system and in-person clients, process financial transactions, answer inquiries, and provide essential information about the services we provide.

This position is ideal for candidates with a background in fast-paced customer service who are friendly and outgoing, detail-oriented, excellent at multi-tasking, and committed to contributing to a team-focused environment.

This is a full-time position, with availability needed Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 8:30am-6pm and every other Saturday from 9am-1pm.

Full-time benefits and compensation**:

• Compensation: $18-19 per hour, for each hour worked*

Minimum qualifications and skill set:
