Vet Stop Animal Hospital is a full-service, two-doctor veterinary practice offering comprehensive veterinary care , boarding , daycare , and grooming services . We pride ourselves on client education, practicing high-quality medicine, and always advocating for what’s in the best interest of both the client and patient.
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who is passionate about animals and people. The ideal candidate will have outstanding customer service skills, a bubbly, positive attitude, and a strong drive to succeed in a fast-paced and compassionate environment.

Welcoming clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
Accurate invoicing and payment processing
Answering multi-line phones and scheduling appointments
Maintaining patient records and updating charts
Assisting with prescription pickups and retail purchases
Promoting and selling food, supplements, and grooming items
Keeping the lobby and front desk area clean and organized
Managing incoming/outgoing mail and emails
Working collaboratively with the entire hospital team
High School diploma or equivalent
Prior customer service experience (veterinary field preferred)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Tech-savvy and comfortable with computer-based systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Friendly, team-oriented, and proactive attitude
Ability to lift 50 lbs., bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods
