Job Description:

We are seeking professional, motivated, and friendly candidates with a great attitude for our fast-paced animal hospital, recently under new ownership. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Phone reception on a multi-line phone system
2. Scheduling appointments
3. Taking messages
4. Greeting clients
5. Checking in and discharging patients
6. Invoicing and receiving payments
7. Inputting data into an electronic medical record system
8. Patient updates and appointment reminders
9. Cleaning and organizing the reception area
