Job summary

Parker Veterinary Hospital PC is seeking a friendly, dependable Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at our Michigan location. You’ll be the first cheerful face patients and clients see, greeting pets and people and ensuring smooth scheduling and front-desk operations.

Responsibilities include answering phones, checking in/out, maintaining records, handling payments, and supporting veterinarians with friendly, efficient service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Compassion for animals and their owners.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Previous veterinary or receptionist experience is a plus, but not required.
