Job summary

Creature Comforts Veterinary Center in Carroll, OH is seeking two personable and highly organized veterinary receptionists to join our compassionate team. You will be the first friendly face clients meet, handle calls, schedule appointments and manage client payments.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, guiding them to exam rooms, maintaining medical records, handling correspondence, and keeping exam rooms clean. Weekend and evening availability is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous administrative experience, preferably within a healthcare setting.
• Excellent organizational, time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Capacity to work effectively and with compassion during stressful situations.
• Ability to work on weekends and evenings as needed.

Duties include:

• Answering client calls, scheduling and confirming appointments

• Walking dogs, cleaning cages, maintaining cleanliness of exam rooms

7:30 am – 2 pm M, T, Th
