The Veterinarians at Court Square in New York City is seeking an experienced receptionist to join our front desk team. You will welcome clients and patients, answer calls and emails, schedule appointments, check in and out, and process payments while maintaining a warm, compassionate environment.
Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of veterinary receptionist experience, are highly organized, and communicate clearly with clients and team members.

Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
Maintain the visual appeal or the hospital reception area, greet and welcome clients and patients, answer questions and triage client concerns, answer calls or emails and direct to the appropriate party for resolution, schedule appointments to maximize efficiency and daily flow, check in and check out clients and process payments. Our receptionists offer friendly emotional support in a compassionate and discreet manner during times of need to our clients and must be comfortable with various medical outcomes.
May be exposed to loud barking and brief periods of unpleasant odors.

Pay range:$20-$27/hr
