We’re looking for a warm, friendly, and organized Veterinary Receptionist to join our client-focused team!
Location: 3860 S. Howell, Milwaukee, WI 53207
Clinic Hours: This is a Full-Time position (30+ hours/week).
Pay Range: $16.00-$18.00/hour (based on experience)
What We’re Looking For:
A people-person with a passion for customer service
Strong communication and multitasking skills
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Experience in a veterinary or medical setting is a plus, but not required
What You’ll Do:
Greet clients and their pets with a smile
Schedule appointments and manage patient records
Answer phones and assist with client questions
Process payments and invoices
Support a positive, professional front desk experience

Job Summary: The Receptionist is the first and last contact that a client will have with the hospital and a key to creating first and lasting impressions. The Receptionist must have exceptional client service and communication skills, computer literacy, ability to handle payment and financial issues, ability to multi-task, a friendly attitude and confidence to deal with stressful situations. The Receptionist will support veterinarians, technicians, veterinary assistants, groomers and kennel staff in daily patient and client care.
