As a Receptionist, you will:

• Handle client calls and scheduling efficiently.
• Prioritize multiple tasks calmly and organized.
• Maintain accurate client and pet records.
• Assist clients with instructions, invoices, prescriptions, and appointments.
• Use hospital computer systems for documentation and communication.
• Manage hospital finances through accurate transaction handling and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and professional communication.
• Educate clients on pet health and hospital services.
• Maintain a positive attitude and show empathy and compassion.
• Utilize standard office equipment.
• Possess knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures.
• Be flexible with scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience with veterinary software is preferred.
• Work independently and accept guidance as needed.
• Demonstrate organizational and critical thinking skills.
• Possess strong communication skills and good judgment.
