Kyle Animal Hospital is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Client Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, helping to create a welcoming and supportive environment for both pets and their owners. If you have a love for animals and a commitment to outstanding customer service, we would love to hear from you!

In this role, you will schedule appointments, manage client communications, and maintain accurate medical records. You'll also handle billing and payments, assist with client education, and ensure the reception area is clean and organized. Our CSR staff is crucial in creating a positive experience for our clients and their beloved pets.

This is a Full-Time position, with a 4/10 schedule and availability needed Monday-Saturday.

Kyle Animal Hospital is conveniently located on Jack Hays Trail, just across from the Plum Creek subdivision in Kyle. Our facility features a fully equipped pharmacy, laboratory, ultrasound suite, dedicated dental room, and surgery suite. With upgraded diagnostic equipment, we have one of the best in-house laboratories in the area, and our radiology facilities feature the latest high-frequency digital technology.
