Job summary

National Veterinary Associates (NVA) is seeking a front desk professional to greet clients, answer questions, and coordinate care for companion animals. You will handle payments, schedule appointments, process mail and email, and maintain accurate client records in our business software, escalating complex issues to senior staff when needed.
