Job summary

National Veterinary Associates in Oregon is seeking a friendly front desk receptionist to greet clients, answer questions, process check-ins, and manage payments. This role supports a busy practice by coordinating with the care team and maintaining client records in the practice software.

Prior experience in a veterinary or customer service setting is preferred; the position involves multitasking in a fast-paced environment and ensuring a positive client experience across the entire visit.
