Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by greeting customers, taking payments, and processing incoming patients.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and record messages for doctors and staff.
• Sort mail and emails and direct them appropriately.
• Update and file patient charts.
• Enter data into computerized billing system.
• Retrieve prescribed medications for clients.
• Assist with pet supplies sales (food, supplements, grooming items).
• Maintain cleanliness of the waiting area and reception area.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service such as greeting customers, answering questions, processing incoming patients, and handling payments
