• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with accurate information.
• Process payments and handle client records efficiently.
• Assist veterinary staff with administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
• Provide clients with educational materials and resources on pet care.
• Ensure compliance with all veterinary regulations and protocols.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a veterinary or medical reception role preferred.
