Skyline Pet is seeking a seasoned Veterinary Practice Manager to lead the reopening of GoodNeighbor Vista Boulevard Animal Hospital in Sparks, NV. You’ll shape hospital culture, build a strong team, and set workflows from day one.

This role oversees recruitment, daily operations, budgeting, inventory, and client experience to ensure exceptional care for pets and their families during the relaunch. A 1–2+ years background in veterinary practice management and a proactive, systems-building mindset

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of veterinary practice management experience required.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing hospital operations.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing budgets, inventory, and operational performance.
• A proactive leader who thrives in building systems and teams.
• Experience helping open or relaunch a veterinary hospital is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the hospital reopening and prepare for a successful relaunch.
• Build and develop a strong, collaborative veterinary team.
• Establish workflows, processes, and standards for daily operations.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard veterinary support staff.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and accountability for the team.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflows.
• Monitor key performance metrics and drive hospital growth.
• Manage budgets, inventory, and labor costs.
• Promote an exceptional client experience and high-quality patient care.
