You will build the team, shape hospital culture, and assume a central leadership role from day one, setting direction and standards for the hospital.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of veterinary practice management experience.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing hospital operations.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing budgets, inventory, and operational performance.
• A proactive leader who thrives in building systems and teams.
• Experience helping open or relaunch a veterinary hospital is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the hospital reopening and prepare for successful launch.
• Establish workflows, processes, and operational standards.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard veterinary support staff; provide coaching.
