American Veterinary Group is seeking a dynamic Veterinary Practice Manager for Riverside Animal Hospital to lead day-to-day operations and support a high standard of patient care. Reporting to the Regional Director of Operations, you will partner with the Lead Veterinarian to steer the hospital team and ensure exceptional client service.

The role emphasizes people leadership, financial management, and liaison with corporate support functions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role.
• Veterinary practice management experience preferred or strong candidate from service industries.

Responsabilités

• Lead hospital team and provide excellent customer service to patients.
• Oversee day-to-day hospital operations and liaise with corporate support (marketing, payroll, IT, recruiting, finance).
• Manage P&L, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and inventory.
• Ensure on-site presence to support patient care and collaborating with clinical teams.
