Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospital administration, business management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and align clinical goals with hospital operations.
• Oversee day-to-day hospital workflow across departments to ensure efficiency.
• Implement policies and protocols to support patient care and safety.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Mentor and develop technicians, assistants, and administrative staff.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and evaluate staff; manage engagement.
