Qualifications

• Three years of veterinary management experience.
• Strong leadership presence and communication skills.
• Ability to set expectations and address performance.
• Comfort with budgets, revenue, and KPIs.
• SHRM-CP, BS, MBA or related advanced education welcome.

Responsibilities
