Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred for candidates.
• CVPM designation a plus for candidates.
• 3–5 years managing professionals in complex settings.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and lead 30+ staff to deliver excellent patient care.
• Oversee doctors, medical staff, and client service teams.
• Guide operational, financial and strategic development for profitability.
• Manage relationships with DVMs and referral base with sensitivity.
• Handle HR matters and ensure compliance with employment laws.
