Responsibilities
- Interviewing, hiring and developing associates; evaluating the hospital’s processes, progress and productivity.
- Educating clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, preventive care, pet health needs and hospital services.
- Budgeting and planning for the hospital; supporting daily operations and staff.
- Scheduling associates, coordinating time off and managing continuing education needs.
