Thrive Pet Healthcare is seeking a Veterinary Practice Manager for Canyon Creek Pet Hospital in San Jose, CA. You will lead a team in a veterinary setting, ensuring excellent patient and client care while managing operations, staffing, and budget adherence.

Required: 3+ years supervisory experience in veterinary practice, data-driven decision making, and strong communication. Preference for a CVPM designation and a business degree. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

• Ability to analyze data sources to set priorities and drive operations.

Responsibilities

• Work with Pathway finance to prepare and manage budgets; monitor KPIs.
• Set fees, manage inventory and inventory control; oversee hospital software.
• Implement safety and security procedures; promote a positive culture and CIQ.
