Banfield Pet Hospital in Greenville, SC is seeking a Veterinary Practice Manager to lead day-to-day hospital operations, develop associates, and partner with the chief of staff to deliver the highest quality veterinary care.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and at least three years of supervisory experience in healthcare or veterinary settings; the pay range is $59,163–$85,458 annually, with location- and schedule-based variation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
• Three years related experience required (health care, veterinary profession, service industry, etc.), including direct supervisory experience (includes hiring, associate development, etc.).
• The Day in the Life of a Banfield Practice Manager describes interviewing, hiring and developing associates, evaluating hospital processes, progress and productivity, and educating clients about our Optimum Wellness Plans, preventive care, and hospital services.

Responsibilities

• Educating associates on Banfield guidelines/practices.
• Budgeting and planning for the hospital.
• Supporting daily operations and staff.
• Scheduling associates, coordinating time off and managing continuing education needs.
