Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring and developing associates and evaluating hospital processes, progress and productivity.
• Train associates on client education about Optimum Wellness Plans, preventive care and hospital services.
• Budgeting and planning for the hospital; scheduling associates and coordinating time off.
• Support daily operations and staff; manage continuing education needs.
