Banfield Pet Hospital in United States, South Carolina, is seeking a Veterinary Practice Manager to lead day-to-day hospital operations and enable the medical team to deliver exceptional veterinary care.

You'll partner with the chief of staff to drive business results, develop associates, manage staff scheduling, budgeting, and ensure a positive client and patient experience while fostering a collaborative environment and growth opportunities within Banfield.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
• Three years related experience required (health care, veterinary profession, service industry, etc.), including direct supervisory experience (includes hiring, associate development, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Educating associates on Banfield guidelines/practices.
• Budgeting and planning for the hospital.
• Supporting daily operations and staff.
• Scheduling associates, coordinating time off and managing continuing education needs.
