Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline preferred, or equivalent education/experience.
• Three years related experience with supervisory responsibilities (hiring, development).
• Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage hospital operations, budgeting and staff scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring and developing associates and evaluating hospital processes.
• Educating clients about services and wellness plans; guiding staff on Banfield guidelines.
• Budgeting and planning for the hospital; supporting daily operations and staff.
• Scheduling associates, coordinating time off and managing continuing education needs.
