Qualifications

• 4+ years hospital management experience, preferably in Emergency/Specialty.
• College preferred.
• Certification in Veterinary Practice Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administrate HR functions including recruitment, training, scheduling, evaluations and terminations.
• Oversee annual performance evaluations and supervise staff with department lead.
• Ensure OSHA and Workers’ Compensation compliance.
• Coordinate staff communications and relay policy changes.
• Oversee operations, budgeting, vendor management, and maintenance scheduling.
• Lead marketing efforts and build referral relationships with community partners.
• Maintain client education materials and patient reminder system.
• Oversee payroll, cash handling, and banking relationships.
• Attend staff and leadership meetings and review weekly financial reports.

Education

College degree preferred

Certification in Veterinary Practice Management preferred
