In partnership with the Chief of Staff, you will lead associates, manage budgets, schedule staff, and educate clients about wellness plans and preventive care, while pursuing professional growth within Banfield's collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred.
• Three years related experience with direct supervisory experience.
• Experience in healthcare/veterinary or service industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring and developing associates.
• Evaluating the hospital’s processes, progress and productivity.
• Educating clients about our wellness plans, preventive care, and hospital services.
• Educating associates on Banfield guidelines/practices.
• Budgeting and planning for the hospital.
• Supporting daily operations and staff.
• Scheduling associates, coordinating time off and managing continuing education needs.
