Banfield Pet Hospital in Nashville is seeking a Veterinary Practice Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, support medical teams, and drive business results while developing associates.

In partnership with the chief of staff, you will budget, schedule staff, foster an engaging team and ensure clients and patients have a positive experience while leveraging educational opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
• Three years related experience required (health care, veterinary profession, service industry, etc.), including direct supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring and developing associates, to evaluating the hospital’s processes, progress and productivity.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans®, preventive care, pet health needs and hospital services.
• Budgeting and planning for the hospital.
• Scheduling associates, coordinating time off and managing continuing education needs.
