Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Practice Manager to lead day-to-day hospital operations and drive exceptional care. In partnership with the chief of staff, you will develop associates and foster a high-performing team while ensuring clients and patients have a positive experience.

You will work with field leadership, corporate teams, and PetSmart associates (if applicable) to optimize growth and support professional development through a range of education resources.

Qualifications

• Three years related experience in health care, veterinary or service industry.
• Direct supervisory experience including hiring and associate development.
• Experience managing hospital operations and teams.

Responsibilities

• Educate associates on Banfield guidelines and practices.
• Budget and plan for the hospital’s needs and resources.
• Support daily operations and staff to ensure service quality.
• Schedule associates, coordinate time off, and manage continuing education.
