Qualifications

• Three years related experience required (health care, veterinary profession, service industry, etc.), including direct supervisory experience (includes hiring, associate development, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring and developing associates, to evaluating the hospital’s processes, progress and productivity.
• Train associates on educating clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, preventive care, pet health needs and hospital services.
• Educate clients about Banfield guidelines/practices and support daily operations and staff.
