The role partners with the chief of staff and veterinary team to deliver high-quality care, optimize growth, and provide opportunities for professional development through a broad array of resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred.
• Three years related experience required (health care, veterinary profession, service industry, etc.).
• Direct supervisory experience including hiring and associate development.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring, and developing associates.
• Evaluate hospital processes, progress and productivity.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and hospital services.
• Budgeting and planning for the hospital.
• Support daily operations and staff.
• Schedule associates and manage time off; coordinate continuing education.
