Qualifications

• 4+ years hospital management experience, especially in Emergency/Specialty preferred.
• College preferred.
• Certification in Veterinary Practice Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administrate HR functions including staff recruitment, hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, counseling, and terminations.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and Workers’ Compensation programs.
• Oversee marketing activities and client communications.
• Manage hospital patient reminder system and CVP partnership processes.

Education

College preferred.
