Thrive Pet Healthcare's Oxford Animal Hospital in Overland Park, KS is seeking a Veterinary Hospital Administrator to join our team. The PM will oversee staff, budgets, client service, and operational efficiency to support high-quality patient care.

Required: 3+ years in veterinary hospital management, a business degree, and strong budgeting, communication, and leadership skills. Compensation starts at $75–80k per year, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hospital management or supervisory experience in veterinary medicine.
• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent.
• CVPM is encouraged to apply.
• Experience managing an ER veterinary healthcare facility.
• Strong judgment in decision-making.
• Ability to lead, manage, and coach staff at all levels.
• Experience hiring, coaching, and disciplinary action.
• Empathy toward clients and compassion for animals.
• Budgeting and financial reporting, including reading a P&L.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Commitment to outstanding client service.
• Strong math and Excel/spreadsheet skills.
• Ability to lift objects weighing 40 pounds.
