The PM oversees hiring and training, budgeting with Pathway finance, KPI monitoring, inventory control, software management, and safety procedures, with compensation negotiable from $50,000 to $55,000 annually. The role requires strong leadership and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyze various sources of data to set priorities and run operational programs.
• Sound judgment in decision-making and problem solving.
• Experience leading, managing, and coaching staff at all levels.
• Budgeting and financial reporting experience including reading a P&L statement.
• Solid math and spreadsheet skills.
• Experience with veterinary practice management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the hospital’s business activities, including hiring and training staff.
• Work with Pathway finance to prepare and manage budgets and monitor KPIs.
• Set fees, maintain inventory, and manage inventory control systems.
• Lead hospital software management and ensure safety and security procedures.
