Ideal candidates have 3+ years in veterinary hospital management, a business background, CVPM is encouraged, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hospital management or supervisory experience in veterinary medicine.
• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience.
• CVPM certification encouraged to apply.
• Strong judgment, decision-making, and staff coaching ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring, training, and staff development.
• Collaborate with leadership to prepare and manage hospital budgets.
• Monitor key performance indicators and financial reporting.
• Set service fees and manage inventory and hospital software.
• Implement safety and security procedures.
