AmeriVet Veterinary Partners is seeking a Veterinary Practice Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, staff, and finances at Elk Park Animal Hospital. You’ll lead the team, manage budgets, and ensure exceptional client care in a fast-paced clinic environment.

The role emphasizes growth, operational excellence, and engagement with veterinarians and staff to achieve high-quality patient care and strong financial performance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a managerial role, preferably in veterinary or healthcare.
• CVPM, CVBL and/or healthcare admin degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in P&L management and financial analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead practice staff, recruit, onboard, train, and evaluate performance.
• Oversee budgeting, billing, expenses, and accounts receivable monitoring.
• Lead client relations, deliver outstanding service, and handle feedback.
• Ensure smooth daily operations: inventory, scheduling, supplies, equipment.
• Implement policies to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Drive marketing and community outreach to attract and retain clients.
