AmeriVet’s Eagle Vet Hospital seeks a Practice Manager who thrives on building teams, shaping culture, and running a busy veterinary hospital smoothly. You’ll lead staff, manage daily operations, and drive exceptional patient care and client service in a fast-paced environment.

The role combines people leadership with financial oversight, marketing and community outreach, policy implementation, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of managerial experience, preferably in a veterinary practice or healthcare setting.
• Experience with P&L management and financial analysis preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead all practice staff, including technicians and receptionists.
• Oversee budgeting, billing, and expense management; monitor accounts receivable.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Manage daily operations: inventory, scheduling, supplies, and equipment.
• Drive marketing, community outreach, and social media efforts.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold health and safety standards.
• Train staff on technology and coordinate with IT support.
