Job summary

The manager will work closely with Regional Operations Specialist and Veterinary Partner to grow the hospital’s brand, improve client experience, and maintain a positive culture for staff and doctors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of management experience in veterinary or hospitality favored.
• Experience with Microsoft software (Excel/Outlook/Word) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hospital operations, including staff, inventory, and budget to maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with DVM staff and Regional Operations Specialist to drive patient care and client experience.
• Monitor purchasing, analyze trends, and develop staff growth and engagement.
• Foster a positive culture and high levels of client satisfaction across hospital teams.
