Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations with Partner Doctors and Directors.

• Monitor patient flow and client experience.
• Develop client retention and outreach programs.
• Develop and manage hospital budget and financial reporting.
• Oversee billing and payments.
• Guide team toward continuous improvement and staff development.
