Qualifications

• 3+ years of veterinary leadership or hospital management experience.
• Experience leading Veterinary Technicians, Assistants, and Client Service teams.
• Strong operational leadership and workflow management experience.
• Demonstrated success coaching, mentoring, and developing employees.
• Excellent emotional intelligence and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the hospital as the operational leader, partnering with Medical Director and Regional Leadership to cultivate a high-performing team.
