Job summary

CityVet in Atlanta is seeking a Practice Manager to lead our facility, overseeing business, financial and clinical operations to ensure excellent client care and staff development.

You will recruit, onboard and supervise staff, enforce CityVet policies, monitor daily operations and maintain high standards of service across the practice, with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Understanding of state and federal safety standards.
• Knowledge of regulations governing veterinary clinics.
• Certified Veterinary Practice Manager is desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, onboard, train and supervise facility staff members to ensure their understanding of the job responsibilities and career path opportunities outlined by their role.
• Continuous staff development through professional and clinical training, timely performance and salary reviews, completing disciplinary actions, up to and including termination to ensure the individual and collective success of the facility as outlined in the CityVet brand standards, policies and procedures.
• Monitor and maintain quality control of all daily operations, client care, client service and client records.
